Why is my campaign is not running?

There are a number of reasons for this.

First, please ensure you have confirmed your PayPal / Payza email address on our system. When you login to your account you will be presented with a message such as:

For fraud prevention we need to confirm your Payza or PayPal email address. Please check your inbox/junk/spam folders for our email containing instructions.

Second, check if you have ‘Day Targeting’ enabled. Click the little wrench icon by the campaign and ensure all days of the week are checked.

Third, see if your ‘Daily Budget’ has been reached. Click the little wrench icon by the campaign and check the amount set. Then compare this to the amount spent under the ‘Today’ column.

If none of these fix the problem, please contact us with the Campaign Reference.
